Baby proofing - geek parent problems
Guys, I need advice. How do you keep crawling/pulling to stand baby.... Away from back UPS devices ?
I was thinking of gates.... But he might try to pull up to stand on those 🤔🤔🤔

What about on carpet?
We didn’t really baby proof the house at all. We house-proofed the baby. Reiterating what should not be touched. And eventually she just never looked at it again. I’ve had my entire pc setup open to free access and the closest she gets to touching anything is looking at the lights on the pc. I also have a sofa in my game room and large toys that she pulled up on so that helped.
I used these Albott panels for that exact purpose when he was in the crawling stage! They come apart so you can put as many of them up in a certain area as needed. For my desk I used 4-5 of them in a line and stuck them between the desk and the wall to keep them tip proof. They are adjustable shape so you can put them almost anywhere for baby proofing. I used them all over the house, to keep him out of houseplants, dog food, outlets, all kinds of things! Just make sure they’re always well secured because the suction on the bottom doesn’t work well for a determined baby.
