Help I’m wanting to loose my baby weight!

So my daughter is now 18 months and I have lost very little of my baby weight and I’ve tried so many things I just cannot commit to it as I’m so so busy with her 24/7 and then I’m at work on top of that also so I really am unsure of what I can do to help I walk 10000+ steps almost everyday eat healthy food but nothings working I don’t know if it could be due to the 🍁 or not but I used to smoke before my baby and could loose weight so quick🥲could cry lol x

Babe. Your body is so different now. It’s okay if you don’t lose the baby weight as easily. I’d maybe add some weights/ weighted vest/ sweat belt to your workout! Also drinking TONS of water helped me lose weight :) yoga oddly enough also helped me lose a bit of undesired weight.

@Tori I’ve never even thought about yoga tbh but I have a waist trainer that makes u sweat but I go light headed after a while lol x

same girl 😅 don’t have much advice but i enjoy doing yoga or pilates videos on youtube. vinyasa yoga is a good workout!

Fasting will jump start your metabolism 😊

Check bohobeautiful yoga on youtube! She is great and you can choose the length of your session so you can squeeze it in any time of day! Helped me lose a few!
