So I exclusively pumped up until now and want to start introducing formula. I was gifted a mam steriliser and bottle warmer but unsure how to use this with powder formula. I don’t went to buy the rapid cool as I want to see if baby enjoys the formula first so want to use the bottle warmer I have from MAM. Does anyone know how to make a bottle using it? Thank you!

What brand formula are you using? If you’re using kendamil there is an amazing facebook group called ‘Kendamums’ and they can give you more in detail about the fridge method x
Make the bottles up, with the amount of water and fresh boiling water and fridge them. Then when you need use the bottle in the warmer but loosen the lid x
