Sterilisation (YUKE, hate that word)

I am pregnant with my second baby and with such a small age gap I can safely say after this baby I do not want anymore. I wondered in the UK is it possible to have sterilisation? I suffer with very bad periods ordinary to the point they make me anaemic. I am 30 and wondered if anyone knew anyone or had been in this position? I’ve never know anyone to have this which is why I’m asking.

I'm 22. This is my second baby after having my first in October I've asked for the same things and it seems it can be done. I have had a horrible pregnancy with my first and issues with this one if I end up needing a section I've told them I want to be sterilised and they said it should be fine to do x

You can get your tubes tied yes. I think because you’re over 25 they won’t ask as many questions. Speak to your GP about it. As far as am aware it’s a simple keyhole surgery

To be fair, when I was at my consultation for a c section during my pregnancy with my second baby. I was offered to get my tubes cut straight afterwards, as I'd stated that I didn't want anymore children. I'm in my early 30's so, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to get this🤷🏼‍♀️ My hairdresser had her tubes tied & she still gets periods & pms symptons.
