Vomit and diarrhea
LO was sick all night and was bringing up bile. Today the vomiting has stopped but diarrhea has started and she's lost her appetite.
No fever or other symptoms atm. Any ideas what could be causing it?

My son had this a month ago. Figured it was a sickness bug. We offered lots of bland food- crackers, bread sticks, plenty of water to re-hydrate, especially after loose nappies too. Hope it passes quickly for you x
