Help with anxiety and pregnancy

I had a chemical pregnancy in January 15th now I am pregnant 6weeks and 2 days. I been to the ER twice for dehydration and needed IV. No ultrasound yet. I keep overthinking a lot and today my vomiting stopped because I took nausea pills last night but I had some side effects. I went to the ER they did blood test and gave me an Iv. They didn’t do an ultrasound because I have no bleeding. And sayid that everything looks normal and to not worry. Do symptoms come and go ? I have anxiety that I may be losing this pregnancy even tho at my 5week and 1 day ultrasound the doctors said that it looked like a normal pregnancy so far. What can I do to help my anxiety? My next appointment is on the 10th I’ll be 8 weeks by then ? No bleeding means everything is good right?

If it was chemical this time, they wouldn't have seen anything at 5 weeks. The symptoms went away because of the nausea meds. Nausea and vomiting is actually a good sign of a healthy pregnancy. Chances are it will come back when the meds wear off.

@Carina nauseous all day and I only vomit twice today meds help a lot past few weeks I couldn’t eat or drink anything I think I may overthink and just afraid

@Ale that's totally understandable. I never experienced that, but even with my first pregnancy, I was terrified at every little thing. It's certainly normal and even more so going through a loss. ❤
