Baby absolutely inconsolable - been crying since woke from nap

Our girl has been poorly and teeth coming through, but seemed on the mend. This afternoon after she had an unplanned car nap as she was still more tired than usual she has pretty much non stop cried. Nothing I do helps, she just either throws herself into me and cries, or tries to get away from me and cry but then wants to cone right back. Activities aren't helping, fave tv shows not helping. Drugs for teething (if that is even what it is) aren't helping, going out didn't help earlier. This is the worst it's ever been, never seen her this inconsolable. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice? I'm losing my mind right now
