Same! We’ve been doing this for about a year now and I have noticed a big difference in her behavior. I’m trying to expose her to new foods. She is also a very picky eater
Yes! 🙌🏼 he eats a lot of whole food- fruits, veggies and meats. Not so much processed. But if it’s something like a cheese curl type thing I read the ingredients. Looks like he is having an allergy to something. So we are watching very closely at what he and I both eat. I am also starting to make my own almond milk, extracts etc.
I need to try spaghetti squash! Haven’t tried that one yet
@Adria now the veggies she will not eat unless it is a salad 😩 but loves all fruit
@Tiara awww man….i hope my son isn’t like that. Right now he is 10 months and literally eats anything you put in front of him. Cooked celery, guacamole, purple sweet potatoes. Hes not a fan of salmon in a pouch but haven’t made it at home yet. Just curious do you season them? Like with garlic, onion salt etc? Mine loves flavor ♥️
@Adria yup. I season them. I tried disguising them in foods. And she just won’t try them 😩 when she was younger, she loved string beans and corn. Now she like I don’t like these
Yes! I did and my 2 year old is doing a lot better. You can get anything without dyes you just have to look for it. My toddler is pretty picky but really like noodles so we give her a lot of spaghetti squash lol.
