No PPL payment received from Centrelink

Before I waste a day on hold to centrelink, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had their PPL claim completed but not received any payment on the date requested? It's been over a week since my payment should have come through, but myself and my work have not received any correspondence about it. The claim was marked as complete back in march. Thanks!

Yeah, mine took over six weeks. I ended up calling the complaints line and then I got paid

My application took over four months to be processed. I didn’t get my payments until months after the start date I selected. I called them and it was sorted instantly. Warning though, I was in hold for 3.5 hours 🫠 good luck!

Call complaints line still be on hold for an hour or so maybe but they have to get you an answer by the end of the day. Good luck

Call complaints line at 8am you'll get through pretty quick

Hey! Mine took two weeks to get paid, I believe they pay in arrears. But definitely call up if you’re concerned.
