Pressure lower
I all of a sudden today feel so much more pressure down in my pelvis area and a very sore vagina. I’m 36 weeks today. Is labor getting closer? It’s a complete different feeling than I’ve had before with baby and I feel completely different than I had. It’s my first baby.

@Larissa i am nowhere near ready for her to come but really want her here! I am just so anxious for labor to start
When is your next Appt? Baby could be engaging in the pelvis . But I don’t think it means labor is about to start. It’s just part of the process of baby getting into place

It’s typically just baby dropping. It can happen weeks before labor especially as a ftm
Same for me, I’m 36 & 4 days. Doctors said it’s normal and nothing they can do. They did say baby is getting lower since you typically drop at 36 weeks
I had that a couple weeks ago around the same time as you did. At my last appointment I was told that the baby's head was very very low so that could be why you have some pelvic pain!
