I had my first son 8 years ago, I got sciatica with him on one side but I remember being further along. I have it on both sides now I’m 25 weeks but have already been dealing with pain constantly almost for a few weeks now. I know part of it is my job as I’m on my feet 9-10 hours a day. I also know all the stretches and apply heat daily but nothing at all is really helping, and I’m mostly just getting really down about being in so much pain I can’t even move in bed at night

Chiropractor was amazing for me and provided instant relief. Had to go back once a month at least but it was well worth it.

I was looking into prenatal massages and although I have some money saved up I just can’t bring myself to spend that amount. I’m dying for relief. My dr said if it gets really bad they can send me to physical therapy it just feels daunting with my work schedule and when I am able to see my 8 year old son. I know I have to take action though because it is honestly horrible not even trying to be dramatic

will look into the bey band for sure

I have it on my left side.

that’s how I feel it will end up for me despite what I do for stretching etc

I’ve had it since 13 weeks and am 23 now. My OB just told me to “buckle up, it’s only going to get worse” 🫠 My husband has been using a massage gun on it nightly and it’s helped so much!!

I have it SO bad on both sides. I got a prenatal massage last week and requested someone who was comfortable working on my glutes. She was INCREDIBLE. It was immediate relief. I cried 🤣

I know it’s common in pregnancy so I’m sure dr hear it so much which is what makes them say something like that but for us it’s a real struggle to live with pain every single day!

so the massage was worth the money spent? My fear is I’ll dish out 100 plus bucks and not feel relief I’ve never received a massage in my life lol

I LOVED it. This was my first ever prenatal massage. You can tell they try and “relax” you but I told her straight up I needed her to really work on getting the knots and kinks out of my low back bc of my sciatica. She did also rub my shoulders and neck for a long time which felt great!

awesome thank you 🙏

Are u sure it's sciatica or is if more of a burning pain. I have the other thing which feels like siatic legit dyeing

I always just assumed it was sciatica by how it feels so much like it but I guess it could be!
