Membrane sweep
I’m now at 38 weeks, I’m being offered the membrane sweep at my next appt I’ll be close or at 39 weeks. I’m sooo over this and want her out, I’m debating doing the sweep but the hubby is saying to wait the bb out and see what she does naturally
Has anyone had one yet? Or previous pregnancies had it then? Thoughts?

Was offered same time and hubby ddnt want too , only did it today at week 39 l felt the contractions and still back aches.l am a lazy mum so l haven’t taken a walk came home straight to bed so still the baby is still relaxing there. I heard it’s more beneficial if you take long walks after and exercise with the ball
Oh that’s good to know the after part, I’ve been walking like crazy around my house doing all the hills and stairs
Your body your choice. I did a sweep the night before 40 weeks and delivered on due date.
I will have another sweep with my second baby as well
Hundred percent my choice but I still want to hear him out, but again I’m the one carrying the baby sooo I’ll have final say. I still have a week before I agree to one and who knows what’ll happen in a week
I did it but it didn’t work for me I got induce because I was super tired and I didn’t want to be pregnant anymore but for me it didn’t work at all and it’s not painful it’s just uncomfortable 😣
