I got it with my first. I ignored most of it because it was very overwhelming for me. I found most of my support through this app honestly
I just started listening to the audio book , any one have better reccomendations ?
@Lissette I also used the "what to expect" app to track my pregnancy and it gives you new tips everyday based on the week/day of your pregnancy. Those tips helped me do more research on Google for things that I wanted to know more about. I also took a free birthing, Newborn, and Breastfeeding class with my husband. I also did a walk through of the labor ward at the end of my pregnancy. These were all offered through my hospital to help me understand what was available to me and helped facilitate conversations between my husband, myself and my providers. I also got to meet a few of the hospital staff too by doing the walk through so it was comforting to see familiar faces while I was in so much pain! Hope this helps!! 😊
I mainly used it as a reference if I did have questions about symptoms. I’d go to the index in the back and skip to those pages instead of reading every page- yikes anxiety!! 😆
I have it I'm just taking it in a month at a time
