1 year vaccinations/taking time off work
Little one had his 1 year jabs yesterday and its really bothering him today. He woke up covered in sweat hysterically crying. Ive had to take the day off work because theres no way i can send him to nursery like this.
He had hand foot and mouth a month or two ago and i had to take a week off for that. Im feeling really guilty about taking so many days off work but it cant be helped if my baby is unwell.
Anyone else had these thoughts?

I wouldn’t even question work when it came to my boy, your just another payroll number to them he’s your baby.. I’d feel more guilt going to work with a poorly boy that I wouldn’t not.. you’ve 0 reason to feel bad 😕
I was/am in the same boat! He had a tummy infection had to take time off for that, then he had hand foot and mouth as well. Now I’m still recovering from sciatica so I’m not doing well in the eyes of my work either. But I can’t necessarily stop if he’s sick or if I’m sick?
It feels shit but it’s legit out of my control
