I found that bouncing on an exercise ball and walking up and down our stairs kick started mine. I walked up and down stairs for a day and I was in labour the next day, 1 day early.

Have intercourse with your partner, it usually helps starting it

Miles circuit; nipple stimulation

Raspberry leaf tea with pineapple and cranberry juice. One cup a day. My sister started at 36 weeks and had her little boy at 37 weeks x

I’m 37 weeks today and I’m starting all the things to try to get this going lol! Im doubling up the raspberry leaf tea with pineapple and cranberry. I was having one cup a day since 35 weeks but I’m going to start 2 or 3 today. 6 dates a day, bouncing on the exercise ball and stretches to open the pelvis, sex with my fiancé with relaxation massages and nipple stimulation, Miles circuit, curb walking, yoga squats and the stairs! I’m literally trying it all lol

37 weeks does count as full term. Everybody's pregnancy experiences are different.

In the UK, where I am, 37 weeks is considered full term by the NHS. 😊 I personally am having an elective c section at 37 weeks as recommended by the specialists managing my care, the risks of complications will increase for my own pregnancy after that time.
As I said, everybody is different, I'm glad you are happy with how your pregnancies went!

^ sorry, not sure why it didn't 'reply'

I learned recently that u can do all the recommended things to “kickstart labour” but in reality ur baby will always come when ready. These recommendations just get ur body ready for labour like softening ur cervix but doesn’t cause u to go into labour.

Loads of sex and walking worked with my first but it doesn't cause labour, rather just helps things go smoother during labour ie your cervix softening. I would really wait a bit longer tho. I had my first at 39+4 weeks and it does feel like forever, but my second came at 37 weeks and although full term she had a lot of health issues related to being born early that I wish I could have prevented. Every one is different obviously but just keep this in mind ❤️
