My hv said up untill there 4 yes,,, however my son was born at 24wks so I duno if different for different gestations

My boy was 10weeks early and we had to adjust until he was 2 x

I think it's up to 2 years. My daughters pediatrician still uses the adjusted age when calculating height/weight/head circumference and she's 18 months adjusted 17.
