Anyone else?
My LO turned 7 months on the 26th April and although is sitting unassisted very well and eating solids well, he hates tummy time and rolled over once when he was like 4.5 months then nothing since. He also hasn’t really babbled yet, just blows raspberries and makes whining noises! He stands up well holding onto my hand though. I shouldn’t be worried because he’s my second but I am a little!

He’s also started waking 3 times a night to feed so not sure if he’s gearing up for something but he needs to hurry 😂
My boy is the same too! He’s also my second baby… my first was crawling by now whereas my youngest just prefers to lay on his back and grab his feet and rock side to side. Sits pretty well if I put him sat up. Stands well and loves to bounce too.
I did actually call the health visitors as I was quite clesrly comparing him to my eldest because he’s not doing what he did by now and they’ve said not to worry. It’s probably because he knows my oldest is going to give him things to play with so he’s not having to physically work for it hence the no rolling even tho he rolled once and never again!
She said if he was to be “delayed” as such then they’ll see what he’s like at the 9-12 month check but they’ve of course said not to worry or compare as they’re all different but it’s hard not to worry or compare. It makes me feel like I’ve not helped encourage him as much as I did with my first and not being as good this time round… xxx
Maybe one day soon with their silly sleep changes they’ll shock us and just stand up and walk randomly and casually and we’ll be like oh ok, we skipping things then are we 🤣
