I know the feeling. Hang in there. I'm now in the May group as I'm 40+3 today and really don't want to be induced again. The waiting is making me impatient now 🤣

All of these methods of getting them out are just a tease. A hormonal change needs to happen for labour to begin, the ONLY things that can trigger that to happen earlier is a artificial oxytocin, a sweep or intensive nipple stimulation. I firmly feel the rest are just myths and it all comes down to baby being ready x

Oxytocin!!!! Stay happy. Do things that make you happy.
I went over 12 days with my first. Was in a horrendous relationship. Second one came day late.
Hoping this one will be at least on time but I know now that chilling out and keeping happy and not fed up is the best thing I can do. Xx

You at 39 weeks you should be able to ask for a sweep at your next midwife appointment which can kickstart labour in 12-48 hours, most ladies say it’s effective!

Yes I'm booked in for a sweep the day after my due date and a few days after. Just hoping I don't need it by then and she's already here!
