Back breaking by the end of the day!

Does anyone else’s back feel like it’s on fire by the end of the day???! Think it’s just with the general wear and tear of lugging a big 6 month around! Just want to check it’s not just me 🥲🥲🥲

I just read this as I was stretching my back out whinging that my back was burning in pain 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

My knees are fkd from bobbing about every day with him rocking, entertaining, general holding 🫣

Yep! I've noticed that I'm slouching a lot too esp when sitting on the floor with my baby. Its terrible for posture & back issues.

Yeah mines been like it ever since my epidural and it seems to be getting worse he’s now getting heavier 😩

Ok good to know it’s not just me I thought I had a weak back or something! 🥲

Hi ladies! I am so blessed to here with you ladies. Sending all the love and prayers that everyone has a beautiful and healthy pregnancy. I’m exactly 10weeks today, due date 10.16. Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
