Sleep!

Anyone else’s 8 month olds sleep just so inconsistent!? My little girl is 8 months, exclusively breastfed. 98% of her nights she’s awake 6/7+ times, randomly every now and again she’ll have a really good night and wake 2/3 times. Nothing either regards to her routine changes yet nights are never all good or all bad, just no consistency to them at all

Yes we are exactly the same, could have written this myself! Constantly up and down all night and occasionally might get a few 'good' nights. I go to bed every night wondering what times I will be up with her 🙈

Yes same here. And you always think what did I do differently or what did she eat but don't think it works like that. Tonight she did 2.5 hours before waking which is nearly a record!
