Bloodshot eye with lump!
My sons had a bloodshot eye for over a week now and a slight swelling/lump on it (lump in photo) We got him eyedrops and they’ve done absolutely nothing.. Taken him Drs and they don’t seem concerned.. Now taken him to opticians and they said he hasn’t got an infection and that it looks like he may have scratched it.. But it isn’t getting better and looks a bit worse today 😢
Any advice? Thank you 🙏🏼

Go back to the doctors and get a second opinion! Clean his eye with sterile water , you can also put some salt into the water as that's a home remedy antibiotic. I'm surprised that the doctors and opticians have said this too you, I hope his eye gets better soon! 😊
thank you! Been so worried about him. I’m taking him to another opticians tomorrow, drs won’t even look in his eye properly so figure opticians is the best way to go! X
