Allergy? Neck acne?

Is this an allergy? I breastfeed her 🤷🏻‍♀️
Update: The pediatrician told me it's heat rash (or miliaria crystallina). I was told it will go away on its own, but I have to make sure the baby's neck stays as cool and dry as possible. I used baby powder to keep it dry and not wet, and the bumps went away for 4 hours. Thank you everyone ❤️

Make sure you fully dry her neck. It’s possible that it’s still wet or she might be sweating. Try cornstarch

I notice my baby had that too I also breast feed, I wouldn’t bother it to much just wash around her neck during bath time and put diaper ointment and it went away after a day

It looks like thrush (yeast infection). I would follow up with your pediatrician to be sure and treat appropriately.

Also remember what you are consuming she could be allergic too as this happens with me when breastfeeding. So I would definitely follow up with pediatrician especially if it persists.

Looks like neck cheese / heat rash to me. Wipe out rolls throughout the day with a wipe.

Always pat dry completely , you can use baby powder to help keep the neck dry . If it gets irritated and red I would use aquaphor .
