Jcpenny newborn photoshoot

Anyone has a success or liked how the pictures came out of their newborn and family portrait if you had one done at jcpenny ? Also was it a NY/NJ location, if so which one please? xx

We go there all the time for our family holiday portraits and they come out excellent… I took my baby for his newborn and they were horrible but I feel like it was just the person taking the pictures as she was very lazy… we always go to the NJ location in Wayne (Wayne Town Center) they had some props and provide the swaddle…
I went to the one in Gateway. It wasn’t the cleanest place so that was one strike for me (just being a clean person lol). But when our photos came, they were damaged and bent up. When I tried getting in contact with them, they didn’t do anything about it.
aww! This will be my very first time with my husband, me, my toddler and my newborn. Wanted to get some family/newborn photoshoots done… so I think the NJ Wayne location will be a good u think?
How much does JCP charge for the photos ? I tried googling but could not find it . It says 15$ per session . Is it $15 per person per session ?
