Pasta salad makes good meal prep, I do it with chicken, arugula, lemon juice, feta, olives and cherry tomatoes
I just started a diet plan with diary of a fit mommy (IG:diaryofafitmommyofficial) and she gives you 12 weeks of meal plans and a grocery list of what to shop for lol so you have an idea of what to eat every day
