Meal prep

Anybody have some healthy meal prep ideas ? This is my first time doing it & im trying to stay on a diet the only think I can think of is chicken 😅 plssss send help

Things with lots of fiber fill you up like beans, lentils, broccoli, berries, apples, etc. what types of food do you like?

Pasta salad makes good meal prep, I do it with chicken, arugula, lemon juice, feta, olives and cherry tomatoes

I just started a diet plan with diary of a fit mommy (IG:diaryofafitmommyofficial) and she gives you 12 weeks of meal plans and a grocery list of what to shop for lol so you have an idea of what to eat every day
