How often do you give your LO ice cream?
My LO loves ice cream and I give it to her because she hates other dairy products

Not often. Just make ‘healthier’ versions! X
Ice cream is on our post dinner dessert rotation. Could possibly every dinner too though if she would ask. I don’t notice any sugar rush at bedtime. Also, I ensure teeth is cleaned properly.

You could try freezing fruit yogurt. I pop some in ice-lolly moulds on warmer days or when my daughter was teething
