Medline Remedy, that’s what we were given at the NICU to prevent diaper rashes

Aquaphor works wonders for my baby I apply it and the next day the rashes are gone depending on how bad they are they usually disappear in 1-2 days the most maybe 3, but overall it works fast and doesn’t transfer to the diaper.

I have been using Desitin on my baby before every diaper change and it seems to work.

We use coconut oil personally because we cloth diaper and the coconut oil is cloth diaper friendly, where traditionally diaper creams aren’t. It works really well!

I use Desitin or baby Vaseline.

My baby got a rash and I used Aquaphor 3in1 after every diaper until it cleared up then switched to regular Aquaphor

So my middle child has terrible diaper changes, I use a 1-1 ratio of Desitin, Aquaphor, and cortisone cream. With changing every 30 minutes and reapplying each time, it's gone in less than 48 hours

I always recommend a&d it’s super gentle and most kids tolerate it well. It does transfer slightly but not enough to not work

HONEST because it’s natural and sensitive. My baby has insanely sensitive skin

Thanks for the input, ladies. Greatly appreciated! 😭

@Francine, will the cortisone cream be safe for infant? She's a month

@Francine and how do you naps in between?

@Ryann, how long did it take?

Honest diaper cream cleared my baby’s butt overnight

@Alanie it's the honest wipes that got my baby like this. 😅

Butt paste brand gets rid of rashes the fastest for my son, I use a daily cream all every diaper change then the stronger butt paste and aquaphor for serious rashes

i use coconut oil from trader joe’s, it’s not super thick and it’s organic, love it on my baby! edit: i’m not sure if putting it on the rash is a good idea, it might irritate it?? i’m not sure. but it can definitely be used after it’s gone. my baby hasn’t developed a diaper rash and i think this helps. aloe vera on the rash could be good too.

I use Aquaphor and Desitin, both are really thick and seem to have helped baby girl with her rash. Hope this helps 🙏

My pediatrician suggested Resinol. You have to ask the pharmacist for it as it is behind the counter.

I use everything from the honest company. They use high quality ingredients, work incredibly welln and aren't terribly expensive either.

Triple paste

My daughter is almost 3 weeks, and I’ve been using A+D ointment, and so far it’s worked really well. My daughters Pedi recommended looking for hydrocortisone ointments, instead of any generic diaper rash cream, because they tend to dry the skin out. I hope you find something safe for your kiddo 🫶🏻

@Kem I'm not sure about the baking soda ,she's 3 weeks and a few days. And the rash is on bum and vulva

@Kem okay i see . How did you apply it?

In a little basin I have for her with warm water. Used it as a rinse for her little butt. Patt dry apply that cream I posted and she literally hasn't had a diaper rash since. Took about 4-5 days for it to go away. I also wipe her with warm water and a washcloth since seeing how sensitive her skin has been.

@Kem I'm going to give it try. It's hard seeing her cry , 😢

I pray it works for you and her. So sorry you guy's are going thru it

Aquaphor is awesome! Easy application and works immediately, Desitin is great too just messier applying

Our ped said to use destin the blue one it’s like a cream and it’s for daily use with in one use our diaper rashes we’re gone

Again, ladies , thanks for the advice. My baby's butt is looking much better. We are going to stick with the changes and apply diaper cream on THICK

@Kem hey. It's working great! It's not as red anymore, and she's not crying for pain. Question though, can I use for every diaper change or just soak her butt in it? Thank you so much for the baking soda idea, the pimple are gone. It's just pink now. Working to get it Gone

Awesome! Use it until fully healed. Soap and water wipe her down after every diaper change for now. It's what I have been doing and the terrible diaper rash she had has not returned. It's a little arduous having wipe her down soap/water after each change but it's a small price to pay for their comfort. Some babies just have super sensitive skin and we have to do what we have to do for their sake. Glad to hear she's getting some relief 😊🫶🏾

@Kem, there are spots left from the rash. But she's healed. I dont care if I have to get soap water and rag every time we change ,as long as I never see her that way again. Girl, it was dreadful, my poor baby. Anything for her sake and that of her health lol daddy's not changing diapers anymore 😆😊

Omg! Glad to hear it luv. Spots will go away greatest thing is she's not in pain and uncomfortable anymore. Lol they don't be having a clue I swear 😄 So happy baby is doing better 🩷🫶🏾

@Kem they don't. They mean well 😅 though. I have one bowl for soapy water and one bowl for baking soda every time we change her diaper. Night changes have been a breeze with her not crying from the pain. This baking soda 😍 I will keep recommending to other moms to. It's been magic, luv ❤️
