I never gave cooled boiled water, NHS advice is that babies less than six months don’t need water and babies from six months can have tap water

I did it when my twins were 12 months corrected

I did it from 12 months as when I worked in the nursery that's what we had to do cooled boiled water 6-12 months after twelve months tap water x

It’s recommended 6months+ as they usually start solid journey, instead of tap I gave filtered water (just don’t trust tap water)

My baby will be 1 this month and I've still been giving him cooled boiled water. It's a good thing that I saw this message today because I haven't even thought about when to move on to normal water.
