HCG drops ?
Does anyone know what it means when ur HCG levels drop? In my first appointment my HCG levels were 60,447 and yesterday my lab results showed that now it’s at 55,617. Is this bad?

How far along are you? Sometimes after 8 weeks there can be a slight dip in HCG levels. If your not bleeding or cramping I wouldn’t worry about it too much but it’s never a bad idea to call your doctor to discuss it
@Sarah im only 6 weeks and 4 days and it worries me more, because in my first appointment they didn’t hear a heartbeat since I was still so early
Honestly if baby heartbeat is pumping, than there’s nothing to it. Usually in a miscarriage your hCG drops. Its goal is to get down to 0 as a non- pregnant woman. Maybe your hormones are getting under control ?
