Allergies

Anyones baby allergic to cows milk? If so, how did you know? My baby is 7month and always had runny poos, was reassured by everyone this as he was breast fed. Now Hese been having solids his poo has got a lot more mucusy and I’m not sure if it’s wheat / milk or something else. Thanks
