CMS confusion
Hey me again š really need some help clearing confusion here please.
Couple weeks ago ex was in arrears of Ā£54 (I'll attach in comments) now its says he owes Ā£232 arrears and he is refusing it is arrears but its building up to the monthly payment (due 20th May) of Ā£235, what is correct please?

The first official CM payment is usually the month after it's accepted but they backdate the amount owed from either when the claim is opened or when they first contact the paying parent (can't remember which). So he does owe whatever is in arrears.
Thank you for replying, it is confusing how they lay it out but he's adamant he doesn't need to pay a penny yet was harassing me when pregnant to make payment arrangements for when baby is born now he doesn't want to know really
I think your ex is correct as it says you shouldnāt have received any money since the 3rd April x
