Alcohol free rosé/cider

What’s everyone’s take on drinking the alcohol free drinks that say 0.0%? I’ve googled and nhs have had it’s still best to avoid in case of the small alcohol content but surely if the bottle says 0% alcohol there can’t be any in there for legal reasons right?

There's more alcohol in orange juice so I wouldn't worry. I didn't drink them but mostly because they tend to taste rank and far too sweet to me.

I had a few 0 beers and 0 Prosecco while pregnant, to be honest it was more something to change up the boring water 😂 x

I’m drink them, similar to what Caroline has said there is often more alcohol in a banana than in a can/bottle of non alcoholic (and actually less than 0.5% alcohol drinks). From what I’ve read the NHS can’t recommend you drink them, because technically there have been no studies to prove they are safe.

I drank them, it was nice on a day out to have a "drink" even if it was fake! Get proper sick of lemonade, ginger ale and orange juice 🥱

Absolutely fine, even "low alcohol" have less alcohol than fruit juice so it's not an issue

i have them! i love the alcohol free heinekens xx

I've had them when we've gone out with friends. They make me feel like I can join in without actually joining in with the drinking!

My midwife said was safe to drink it. So occasionally I’m having 0% beer 🍻

I don't drink alcohol, but 0% beer was my saving grace from nausea in first trimester after ginger tea stopped hitting the spot. Literally lived off it and not much else because I couldn't stomach any food at all. Lost 10kg in the first 16 weeks and I'm sure alcohol free beer kept me alive 😅

Thank you guys sorry I didn’t see these responses until now 🤣 didn’t have my notifications on 🤦🏻‍♀️
