Baby waking up in a cot being hysterical
Hi darlings,
My baby will be soon 9 months old and in the last few days would wake up from a nap in a cot after 1 hour crying hysterically. It's different than usual. It takes long time to calm her down and it's like a panic attack. Is it separation anxiety? She's OK after waking up from contact naps. Can you pls advise what to do?☹️

I wish I could help.. my LG wakes up crying and screaming since I can remember and she will soon be 9 months too.. the only difference is that in the past few days I've also noticed the pattern of waking up around 4am/5am even more histerical and its taking me forever to make her stop crying and settle her back to sleep. Could be the sleep regression.. or new teeth coming.. not sure.. Exhausted mama here 😴
My little boy has been doing this the last couple of nights, I feel like it's a change in his sleep pattern from the "sleep regression" that does this

Ooo my little boy did this for a couple of days but when he went down to bed! Woke up after about an hour I thought something was horribly wrong and took ages to calm him down. It has stopped now and I’ve put it down to potentially over tiredness but he’s also teething and is poorly too so could’ve been a mixture! X
