My girl has similar problems! Gentle diapers and wipes (water wipes and honest diapers ks what I use now) and Bourdreaxs Butt Paste helps. But if it gets really red and bumpy he might need rx ointment (been there too)

@Alaina ty❤️he wears huggies usually so we got some kirkland today

Every diaper change I use regular Vaseline or A&D if my baby is a little red. This has helped a lot. I have used zinc oxide diaper cream when he was very red and it clears up with in a day or two. I work with young kids and max strength desitin and max strength butt paste work the best in my opinion.

See if your pediatrician will prescribe Nystatin and mupirocin. Those ointments have been a lifesaver when my son gets a diaper rash!

If you breastfeed, breastmilk does wonders for a diaper rash. I also like triple paste and then seal it in with Aquaphor. But after a bath, make sure their diaper area air dries before putting a diaper on them and make sure everything you put on them in rubbed in/absorbed so it’s not leaving any unnecessary moisture in their diaper

@Marisol hoagies are loaded with chemicals and my babies butt was raw when we used Huggies for the first month of her life and then we switched to more natural ones like honest and oh my God it’s such a big difference

Dyper brand diapers and Mustela diaper spray have worked really well for my baby. I'd also put breastmilk on a cotton pad and apply to the rash.

I use corn flour , my mom used to use this .. it healed a lot

I mix aquaphor with breast milk to make a paste and it works amazing for my LO!!:)
