Pregnant two months in postpartum.

Hi mommas! I’m super scared to have another baby after just giving birth to my son 6 months ago. I’m almost 5 months pregnant and I’m constantly hurting and feeling like my body isn’t going to do right when the baby gets bigger and when it time to deliver. I’ve had 2 natural births and this pregnancy has been probably the most painful and stressful. Does anyone have any advice for this pain, it’s like I’m having Braxton hicks contractions 24/7, my hips HURT to wear I can’t even lay on my side, and how did yall manage being so big and still feeding your little one? I just don’t know what to do or what I’m going to do so moms please blow up my comments and tell me your experiences and advice.

I had my children 3 years apart but I still feel some of this with my third.. I say do what you can and don’t stress yourself.. i didn’t have natural births

A chiropractor can be a life saver. Loved it with my first

@Alyssa did your body not hurt for a few days after? Or was it instant relief.

Sometimes it would be instant relief.

Now you want to make sure the chiropractor knows how to do pregant women, but I loved it and need to find one again since I moved since my last pregancy.

A “Tens Unit” was helpful to me. A little massaging therapy. I was pregnant 2 years after my first but it was twins and I found that pregnancy twice as hard as the first. And my OBgyn was who recommended that device to me. Maybe check with your doctor about it first though.

I got pregnant almost 2 months pp too. I feel the exact same way!

@Bethany thank you😭🤍

@Alyssa thank you🤍🤍

How much water are you drinking? Or other beverages?
