Milk ladder help

Anybody any resources on the milk ladder they could show me please?? We’ve had IGE ruled out for a month now and been ready to go but are STILL waiting on the feeding clinic to contact us with advice so I’ve started it on my own. He’s tolerated 2 biscottis yesterday and we started with half of one, but from looking online the steps after this are inconsistent / doesn’t tell you how long to stay at each step or how much to give so I’d really like some info on pleaseeee ❤️
