Mam bottles

Are you definitely putting the teats on correctly? I kept doing it wrong had to get my husband to show me in the end 🙈. Or what size teats are you using? Maybe that’s the issue

Ah okay erm I think I am? He’s using size 2, I think they are ok. I went up a size and he was spluttering all over the show. It’s weird with his bottles because he can have days where he feeds perfectly, days where he feeds ok one bottle and not the next and then days (the last 2) where every feed is just a pain in the bum. so I don’t get it 😂

I never moved up from size 0 teats as I think size 1 and 2 the let down was too fast compared to my breasts and it caused her to choke and drink too fast too soon. Maybe try that?

Maybe try size 1 again for a couple of days and see if it improves. It could be size 2 is still coming out too fast for him so he’s having to gasp for air more

@Lauren this sounds exactly like my baby, I’ve tried loads of different bottles and teats and still it doesn’t make a difference. I’m having the same problem where some days he feeds fine, some bottles he’s fussing and then the next day he fusses on every bottle. Pain in the bum and I’m at a loss what the answer is haha!!
