Stomach bug
Has anyone had/heard of any stomach bugs going around currently? 2.5 year old vomited in her sleep on Saturday night which I put down to her having watermelon which she rarely has but she has been off she food ever since. She's still eating but very small portions. She spat up clear liquid this morning when she woke, no temperature, in OK form but just wants to lie & watch her tablet. Just wondering if something might be doing the rounds through the schools and daycare.

My little boy is only 1 but started day care, was sick through the night with about 12 hours of vomiting and 24 hours of diarrhea.. we all ended up catching it but really only a 24 hour thing
My little girl was the same. Had been sick when she came home from childminder and not her self for a few day. Runny nappies etc. she seems ok now x
