HG and teaching
I’m almost 11w and suffering from HG. I reach in a secondary school 2 days a week but I’ve been off for the past 3 weeks with sickness. I’ve booked a teams call with the Head to let her know why as I feel so bad not going into work.
Anybody experienced HG whilst teaching? What did you do? I’ve haven’t left the house for weeks as I’m afraid of throwing up in public. What do I even say to the Head? I just don’t want my sickness to be marked against me which tends to happen in this sector!!!!

I had to tell my head by the time I was five weeks pregnant as I was feeling so unwell. Look up the pregnancy sickness support charity online - I had a support person I could WhatsApp. I was off work from when I was about 6 or 7 weeks - I was basically bed ridden or bathroom floor ridden 😩 feel free to private message me. xx
