So frustrated!

So I've been TTC since I had an early miscarriage in March of last year. I got a bfp again in November, after my 3rd round of clomid (50mg), which ended up being ectopic. I was treated with methotrexate and then went back for an HSG, and it was found that my right tube was messed up. I had surgery to remove my right tube, and my doctor also found some scare tissue/abrasions that she fixed to the best of her abilities. As soon as I was given the okay to start trying again, I got my prescription of provera and clomid and started the journey all over again. BUT, even though I ovulated every time with clomid pre-surgery, my CD21 progesterone came back at .29! How? I don't understand! I am so frustrated and exhausted with all of this! 😭
