Baby clothes

What should I be dressing my 4 month Baby boy in now that the weather is getting warmer? Is a vest and romper enough in the house and outdoors?

I put a thin vest and romper on my little boy today and took a thin jacket with me incase it got cold :) if it gets warmer, just skip the vest

Also a little cardigan if it gets chilly
