Chiari Malformation

I posted this in another group and got nothing back lol. I recently learned I have Chiari malformation which is the reason why I’ve been having sporadic headaches when I sneeze, cough, laugh, or strain. I was curious if anyone in this group has given birth vaginally with chiari? I’m worried that the straining may make my symptoms worse.

Thank you! I’m still learning all about it so it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster since hearing my MRI results. At least I finally know why laughing makes my head feel like it’s going to explode

Are they requesting you get a shunt??

I am still waiting to see the neurologist for more testing and answers so I’m not sure yet
