Where can I request nappy waste bags?

I’m new to the UK, I live in Cardiff and I’m not sure where to register to get nappy bags.

You can apply on the Cardiff council website for nappy collection, but you should be able to pick up bags from your local hub/library! X

Yeah you request it on the council website and they send them out quite quickly.
