What is this?

On my baby's back. The skin feels rougher than the rest of his body. He had vaccines yday (12 weeks) and I've only noticed today.

Looks like ringworm but not sure

If not ringworm, it could be eczema or psoriasis. My husband has psoriasis and any new spots start out looking like that.

Eczema.. my son had this on his face, looks like ringworm but after using 3 different creams that didn't work found out was eczema

Yes I agree we had it, ezcema/dermitis related looks like a ring but we were treated with hydrocortisone cream and went in 2 weeks
