Illness

My son’s been poorly since last night with a high temp. I took him to the gp today & they said it’s a stomach bug. I’ve never seen him like this he’s crying and won’t let me leave his side. Now he’s sleeping but keeps startling himself awake which is weird. Not sure what to do but I don’t really like to disturb him when he’s resting
