I’m pregnant with baby #3 and experienced Braxton Hicks with my previous 2. But this time it’s been absolutely excessive and I can’t handle it any more. It’s every time I stand. I can’t talk when they’re happening because they take the wind out of me. And it’s so emotionally difficult because I have 2 toddlers and I can’t even respond to them when they’re talking to me. Or if they’re killing each other in the other room, I can’t even move or tell them to stop. Has anyone else experienced this? I kind of wonder if I’ll have an early delivery because of it…🥴

I am on baby 2, but the Braxton Hicks contracts have been way way worse, apparently this can happen with subsequent pregnancies, but yeah totally super super way worse than it was the first time for me 😞

To me it sounds like actual labor. I had my 2nd child and with her I had contractions and was in labor. I couldn't even tell what was Braxton Hicks and actual labor contractions

Are you maybe in need of relaxing a little? More water?

I’m having my husband pick me up an electrolyte drink right now, it’s so hard to get the chance to relax with the kids here though. They’re currently playing outside nicely, but they have to constantly be monitored and corrected:(. And they have a never ending list of questions for me all the time. Hopefully when my husband gets home I can rest more

I hope that’s not the case as I’m only 22 weeks 😓

That’s a little reassuring. This absolutely sucks

oh crap 😞. Can you go to the hospital and get checked out just in case

I definitely will if they don’t stop after hydrating and resting

good !!

Excessive activity with dehydration can easily cause that. It may also be Prodromal labor (not real labor) but yeah def get checked
