Hey,
So I need some advice. I’ve been testing quite abit because all of a sudden my ovulation numbers are consistently higher than they were last month on cd12. Is this normal for it to be different some months? Last months cd12 (posted in the comments) I barely got anything so I gave up testing just to stop putting myself under pressure constantly

It's normal for it to be different because fertility is linked to stress, if the body doesn't feel right this could impact numbers one cycle. What you shared looks great. If you imagine the peak was in between the two test times on CD12.

For tracking I found the saliva method way easier and less stressful than ovulation sticks, also its reusable! You look for crystals/ferns on a microscope of saliva that's dried every day to figure out the peak estrogen level.

Pressure and stress play a way bigger factor than I realised, I wish someone had explained this at the start.
