I had a growth US today at one day shy of 36 weeks. My baby's head is firmly planted by my hip I'm not surprised by that because I've been having a lot of hip pain and pressure and cramping on that side. I was curious about this position and looked it up. It said online it's an oblique lie and that baby's head sometimes gets stuck there requiring an emergency C-section, especially if their head hasn't entered the birth canal by 36 weeks Wondering if anyone has experience with this kind of position and if it's really as dicey as some articles I read were saying.
