Baby skin
What can I use on baby eczema? Doctors said could be milk allergy but no progress since changing milk.
I’ve tried aquaphor, eucerin, coconut oil, shea butter (organic) and aveeno. She’s African American (just to add) skin is dry flaky rough.

that too I forgot to add , tried that and she’s still dry and flaky use both soap and lotion. 😫
I have a very good experience with the Eucerin eczema relief cream for babies and it's very inexpensive.
Also, what are you washing his clothes with? That can irritate his skin as well. Oatmeal baths def help! And constant moisturizing!
