I’m not sure if it’s to do with the light but it never usually made a difference.
He used to sleep from 9pm and woke up around 8am. (Perfecto)
He’s now sleeping around 10pm and waking up at 6am? He has one nap in the afternoon which is around 2 hours (11-1pm). Even the split is super weird.
Any tips on improving this please? Because I know he’s tired

Could be overtired. 1-10pm is a very long stretch for them to be awake.
Being overtired can lead to early wake ups
Thank you. When you put it like that, it is extremely long. He did end up doing to sleep untill 8:15 (I had to wake him up for nursery)
I will try and start getting him down much earlier even if he wants to play 🥲

You don’t need to be mega earlier straight away… slowly bring it forward.
So tonight for example could be 9/9:30, couple days later 8/8:30 etc.
Make sure he’s getting plenty of sunlight exposure as it can help with melanin production which really helps with sleep. 😊
