Dermoplast vs lansinoh

Thinking about ordering the lidocaine spray from lansinoh or dermoplast for postpartum tear pain relief. Any experience with these or comments on which one worked better?

I used dermoplast because that’s what they provided at the hospital. All I remember is that cold spray felt so good.
